Intial Brief
I've chosen the idea of POP MUSIC mainly because i enjoy it... and i know lots of others who do too! Teenagers love music, and i think that this topic will interest them alot. The aim of this website, to me, is to state facts and key things about popular singers. Basically giving really good information etc... that would make people say ' Wow! I didn't know that!' The purpose for my website is to educate people that famous stars like Hayley Williams are just like normal people! We have no differences, we're all human. Some just have good talent and have the erge to show it! :) The function is basically the same as the aim and purpose. Educate people about pop music!

I chose these few people because i know it'll be easy to contact them when i need them to evaluate the work i've already completed. I also chose family because i trust them in giving me HONEST opinions on my work. The impact could be big if they don't like the ideas i've chosen... I could end up making something that makes others happy but not myself! OR... it could be small because they really like my concept designs?
KEY FACTORS
TIME!!!! - I think this is the most important thing to consider while doing any project! If it's not handed in on time, that could cut down the mark you get! (which is not a good thing.. :/ )
Resources and Skills - Resources are also another big thing to consider, because to create a good website, you need to have the program to do it! Skills comes next because if you don't know how to use the program properly then your website might not won't come out the way you want it!
COPYRIGHT - no-one wants their ideas stolen, so it's best to come up with your own. If you copy someone, you'll get a bad reputation on the net, and not much people would view your 'copyrighted' ideas!
QUALITY - A good quality website will always catch attention, you'll get a good reputation and people would want to come and see your website every know and then. :) On the otherhand... A rushed low quality website would probably just make people annoyed. And they would leave your page. Instantly. :/
Stakeholders - Stakeholders also play a good part because they tell you if your concept design is good or not.... Plus they give you really good opinions about what you should do and what you shouldnt...
